Cannabis Deliver Driver/Cannabis Consultant/Cannabis Dispatcher

Torrey Holistics; San Diego’s premier cannabis company is looking for a Cannabis Consultant for our growing store.
Sales consultants assist customers with all inquiries and purchases. This position works to ensure customers feel welcome in the store. The Sales Consultant maintains a positive attitude and is able to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds. This position starts at $14.00 per hour plus tips. Employees receive a generous discount as well.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Identify patient and customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend solutions
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Meet monthly sales quotas

Preferred skills and experience:

• Cannabis knowledge is preferred
• Some experience in retail, hospitality
• Must possess good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions
• Strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to do frequent bending, squatting, and kneeling
• Must be able to stand for up to at least 4 hours at a time
• Must be able to sit for at least 1 hour at a time
• Must be able to frequently lift and move merchandise up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work: days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

• Be able to work irregular shifts, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
